Hi, I'm Rita Lopez, owner of RLO Flair online shop. I am from Puerto Rico, but I live in the state of Texas. I have a passion for creating designs that awakens people's inner thoughts.
I have learned that my experiences are like a butterfly which goes thru stages of metamorphosis. I have developed many different types of skills that make me a multifaceted person.
