Processing
Please note that processing time is not the same as shipping time. Once processing your order is complete, it will be shipped out.

The products are handmade and made-to-order. Because of this, our processing time are 3-5 business days (weekend not included).
 

Shipping

  • Please make sure that you have checked your shipping address to ensure it is in fact correctly listed.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. 

  • Shipping times may be longer during holidays due to a high volume of orders and USPS shipping delays. Alson, keep in mind that USPS may be experiencing staff shortages.

  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact rloflair7@gmail.com. Please include your full name and order number for faster service. 

  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at USPS.com

  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and incorrect delivery MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.

Shipping Disclaimer

  • All orders will be shipped within 3-7 days of purchase with the exception of works carried out with the bleaching technique and the weather does not allow them to be carried out in that period.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or any other carrier. First Class Package does not come with insurance. USPS Priority Mail does come with insurance but the claim will be filed through USPS.
